Thomas Devine has 38 years' experience in a variety of litigated matters from plaintiff personal injury cases, insurance defense, employment discrimination, complex business issues, real estate disputes and government employment or third party liability. He has taken 165 matters to trial and participated in over 1,400 litigated matters. The claims with which he has dealt range from $1,500 to $250 million. Attorney Devine has presented over 20 CLE lectures and has taught trial skill classes for the CTCW and Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. He has published articles on the insurance defense practice, and arbitrated and mediated many cases.
Attorney Anne Cohen has practiced civil litigation in Wisconsin since 2018. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in contract disputes, personal injury matters, civil rights cases, and real estate litigation. She has represented clients all over the state. Prior to beginning her career in civil litigation, Attorney Cohen practiced criminal defense in Racine, WI. She has been a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association since 2015 and is a member of the Racine County Bar Association. Attorney Cohen graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2015. While working on her law degree, Attorney Cohen earned the Dean's Award in Legislation. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011, earning her B.A. in Legal Studies and Psychology. Attorney Cohen is a detail-oriented and zealous advocate for her clients.
